The three twin/double peaceful bedrooms are en-suite, centrally heated and have colour T.V. tea/coffee facilities. They are on the ground floor in separate wing with own entrance and I welcome disabled guests.  Breakfast on local produce in south facing conservatory and watch the Red kites circling over our large landscaped garden.

Oxford (University Town) 15 miles is quickly accessible by car or bus. Other places of interest to satisfy the widest range of activities are Blenheim Palace (Horse Trial-Sept). Garsington Manor (open air Opera).  Henley on Thames ( Rowing, Reggatta & Festival).   Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons (cookery courses & concerts).  Stonor Park (Craft Fair).  Thame (Historic market Town-County Show in Sept).  Towersey Folk Festival (August Bank Holiday).  Hughendon Manor, West Wycombe House & caves and Waddesdon Manor (all National Trust houses. Waterperry Gardens (Art in Action-July)

Golfers are spoilt for choice, The Oxfordshire, Pay & Play, Driving range.  Ramblers have instant access to open countryside leading onto the Ridgeway.  Also on the Oxfordshire Cycle Way - Many excellent gardens and garden centres in the area.  Horse-riding, Rough Shooting, Hunting and Fishing can be arranged. 

Excellent local eateries ranging from English Pubs to Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons.
